Our Roots
Pescara Homes has a long tradition in quality home building dating back to 1971, when company founder, Antonio Roma, immigrated from Italy and started his own business. Today, under the leadership of Antonio’s son, Larry Roma, Pescara Homes has flourished into a respected luxury contracting firm in the GTA. At an early age, Larry was exposed to all aspects of home construction - he still remembers sweeping houses as a teenager. Larry’s passion for custom home contracting grew after obtaining his real estate license and through renovating and selling houses. His eye for high-quality homes and his personable nature puts clients at ease when working with Pescara Homes.
